Research

The focus of the research at CUBS is the development of complete systems that include novel algorithms, devices, and platforms that incorporate the expertise of the associated faculty. Specifically, we are interested in providing complete devices and systems for applications that require an integration of informatics, sensing materials and technologies, and electronic and photonic devices. These applications range from human health monitoring systems to cyber security, access and control.

Most biometrics are distinctive but not necessarily unique biometric data fusion allows one-to-one mapping between data and individuals.
